BlowJobs The Show
Teams of top glass masters from across the country blow “breath-taking” bongs as they compete for bragging rights and $10,000 cash.
- 13 x 30 minute Reality Competition Series
In each BLOW JOBS episode, three teams of glass artists from world-class studios across the continent are given a “job”. Create a one of a kind glass masterpiece for a panel of celebrity judges in under five hours. Bragging rights, pride and $10,000 cash is on the line.
It’s Ink Master meets Knife Fight. Set in a super charged studio with the glass blowers’ friends and fans wildly cheering on their favorites.
BLOW JOBS is full of rebels, misfits and larger than life characters. Once outcasts and criminals – these glass masters are now respected artisans and entrepreneurs riding a wave of mainstream media. Hustling for their share of a multi BILLION dollar pot industry.
And these artists don’t blow your old Cheech and Chong pipes. They create functional art. With top rigs selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars. And coveted by some of the biggest stars in the world.
BLOW JOBS is a dog eat dog, studio vs. studio competition where reputations and livelihoods can shatter with one wrong move. In this world, teams are only as good as their last bong hit hit bong.

Each episode begins with the Host introducing the three competing teams as they enter the studio, nicknamed the Glass Dome. Outfitted with flames, twisted metal, graffiti and loud music. It’s a glassblower’s paradise. Around the team’s blowing stations are beautifully lit display cases containing stunning examples of their functional art.
The Host then brings in the episode’s judges. A rotating panel of celebrity stoners. Pot royalty. People like Cypress Hill, Tommy Chong, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Aubrey Plaza, Doug Benson, Reggie Watts, Sarah Silverman, Seth Rogan, etc. etc.
The Host throws to team bio packs, shot in their glass blowing studios back home. Each team opens an envelope with a half-baked hint to the episode’s Challenge. Teams are intercut as they discuss and debate the hint and their game plans. Each is given a small box to load up with pre-made attachable elements. Did they choose the right pieces?
Back in the studio, celebrity judges hit the teams with ground rules for the Challenge. Teams high five or groan, depending on whether they got the hint right or flamed out. For those who missed the mark, there is a communal table of first come-first served raw materials to scavenge. Teams huddle prep the piece – sizing up the Challenge and the competition. Will they play it safe or go way outside the box? Either way it’s a huge gamble!
Then the most difficult decision of all: who is best suited to lead the challenge and hold the torch? In a room filled with massive egos and strong opinions it’s a tough call! Will each team make the right decision? Or go home because a cocky teammate oversold his skills? The pressure is on big time for whoever is chosen.
The Host flips a giant hourglass. Five hours to judging! The greatest glass artists in the world light their torches. The raucous audience cheers. Let the flames begin!
One lead glass blower frantically shouts instructions as her shop crew races around the studio gathering tubes and colors from the communal table. Another approaches his job with surgical precision. Quietly and methodically giving marching orders amid the surrounding chaos. Still others argue amongst themselves, doubting their appointed leaders. Convinced they’ve already made wrong critical creative errors.
There are early successes, failures, obstacles and reactions from the teams and their supporters. Then the Host throws the glass blowers an unexpected Curveball. An additional object, theme or function that must be incorporated into their functional art. Each team quickly huddles to figure out a strategy. Who will show imagination? Which team’s early plans will go up in smoke? Will anyone throw in the towel?
The hourglass hits the half way mark as the glass masterpieces begin to take shape. But functional art is delicate and fragile. Pieces will break, plans will be altered. The limits of the glass blowers’ abilities and the integrity of their pieces are pushed to the breaking point.
As the final grains of sand slip through the hourglass and with zero margin for error, teams painstakingly transfer their pieces into the kiln. Hands off! The Flame Off is over. Have they done enough? Did they hurt their chances by being too radical? By not taking enough chances? All the teams can do now is wait and hope. Will their delicate designs and breakable bongs even be intact when they come out of the kiln to be presented to the judges?
Teams remove their pieces from the oven and inspect their work. Did it hold together? Or heartbreakingly shatter? Nervous teams wait for the celebrity judges to assess each piece for its artistic merits and err…functionality. A Final Mark is determined and revealed on a huge scoreboard. The judges declare the winner, presenting a glass trophy bowl stuffed with cash to the champs.
The winning team’s bong is set in a special champion’s display case that fills up over the course of the season. Each piece signifying the teams who will be back for the final episode’s tournament of champions. After each BLOW JOBS season, all of the spectacular winning pieces will be auctioned off to the public in a high profile online event.
BLOW JOBS brings us deep into an unexplored sub culture that swirls around the most talented glass-blowing artists on the planet. Creating jaw-dropping one-of-a kind pieces for celebrity judges, these modern-day alchemists turn worthless grains of sand into functional art and financial fortune.
